We offer a full refund of the $35.00 course fee if the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date and the course material has not been accessed.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund must be requested within 14 calendar days of your payment.
- You must not have accessed, viewed, or opened any course modules, lessons, or materials.
Once a participant accesses any part of the course content, the tuition fee becomes non-refundable. At this point, the digital service is considered delivered and the sale is final.
To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at education@darkstonecyber.com. Be sure to include the full name and email address used to purchase the course. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
